Access Procedures
Gaining access to your valuables at The Post Vault is both secure and straightforward. Follow these five simple steps:
Step 1.
You can visit us anytime during our opening hours without an appointment. Vault access is available until 30 minutes before closing.
Step 2.
Upon arrival at our secure centre, our friendly custodian team will welcome you, verify your identity, and complete all necessary checks, including biometric iris scanning.
Step 3.
A custodian staff member will guide you through the process and accompany you to our controlled-access vault.
Step 4.
Inside the vault, you'll use your unique safe deposit box key while our custodian simultaneously unlocks it with their guardian key.
Step 5.
You can then remove the inner liner box and move to a lockable viewing room next to the vault, where you’ll have complete privacy to add, remove, or examine your belongings.
